What this site is

Cancun Mexico Snorkeling is an independent publication that compares snorkeling trips in and around Cancun, Mexico. It is not a tour operator, travel agency or seller of travel, it holds no inventory, and it never takes payments from travellers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell you a trip.

Accuracy of information

Prices, schedules, inclusions and cancellation rules are read from operators' own listings and re-checked on a quarterly schedule, but they change without notice and the operator's own page is always the authoritative version at the moment you book. We describe listings in good faith and accept no liability for a booking made on a figure that has since moved.

Your booking relationship

When you follow a link and book, your contract exists solely between you and the operator or platform you book with. Any claim - a refund, a cancelled departure, a dispute about inclusions - is theirs to resolve, under their terms. We have no authority to act for them and cannot intervene on a booking.

Water safety

Snorkeling is an in-water activity with real risks that vary by person, conditions and site. Descriptions on this site are not safety instructions. Follow your operator's briefing, wear the flotation provided, and choose trips that match your swimming ability.
